Group Rates

A limited number of Deluxe guest rooms has been reserved at a special rate of $120/room/night for the participants of the Collaboration Meeting. Special rates are in effect Tuesday, March 23, 2010 through Saturday, March 27, 2010.

The above guest room rate is non-commissionable, single or double occupancy, plus city occupancy tax, currently at eleven percent (11%).  Each additional adult occupying the guest room, over two (2) guests, is fifteen dollars ($15.00) each, per night plus tax.

To make your room reservation call the room reservations department directly at 800-843-7755 and reference UCR–MICE Collaboration Meeting to obtain the group rate within the block. You can also reserve your guest room at www.missioninn.com by inserting the group code MICEM032410. Reservations must be made by the cut-off date of February 21, 2010 to guarantee the group rate.

Check-in time is 3:00pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Airport Shuttle

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa provides complimentary roundtrip shuttle service to Ontario International Airport. Reservations are required with a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours advanced notice.

Parking

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa operates the five hundred (500) stall parking garage located on 6th Street, directly behind the hotel.  Current overnight parking rates are as follows:

• Registered Hotel Guests:  $8.00 for Self Parking and $15.00 for Valet Parking
• Non-Registered Guests:   Current posted rates for Self and Valet Parking

Registered hotel guest parking rates include “in” and “out” privileges.  Parking rates are subject to change without notice.
